• What shipping options do you have? 

Currently all items both domestic and international are shipped via USPS. You should receive a tracking # that can be used on usps.com in about 24 hours from placing your order. 

• I live near, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately no. While the office space is occasionally used for small pop ups, it does not have set hours, so the quickest way to receive your item is through USPS.

• My package never came? 

If the package is marked as delivered theres not a lot we can do. A lot of the items are low quantity and there are always chances styles, colors or sizes have sold out. Please email info@benjie.us so we can try to remedy the problem! 

• My item shipped broken/damaged/incorrectly. What can I do?

Please email info@benjie.us with your purchase order # and we will work to remedy this as quickly as possible! 

• My item came in but I really wanted another color/style/size. Can I exchange it? 

Unless an item is damaged we do not take returns of exchanges. If you have any doubts in your choice please email us info@benjie.us with any questions before purchasing.

• I have a shop, do you sell wholesale?
